Who We Help
Synergy offers expert, specialized care for individuals navigating ADHD, parent-child conflict, and disruptions in attachment or bonding. Our clinicians provide a safe haven for survivors of trauma, specializing in the treatment of PTSD, depression, and anxiety, as well as, a deeply inclusive focus on LGBTQIA+ identities and relational health. Whether you are seeking to repair a bond or find your own path to resilience, we are here to support your growth.
In collaboration with Kathi Donnelly of Ommworks, LLC, Synergy integrates the Ommworks Active Wellness Program directly into individual therapy sessions. This partnership enhances our clients' capacity to master meditation and mind-body strategies, culminating in an experience described by participants as a sense of "peaceful clarity." By strengthening the connection between physical sensation and mental focus, these techniques empower individuals to move beyond impulsive behaviors and finally DECIDE TO RESPOND rather than react to their surroundings and outside influences.
Our office is centrally located at 414 East Savannah Road in Lewes, Delaware, where we continue to offer a welcoming and supportive environment for your wellness journey. We are currently accepting new clients and accept most insurance plans as well as private pay. Whether you are ready to begin therapy for the first time or are looking for a new path forward, we invite you to reach out. To schedule your appointment today, please call us at (302) 703-2276 or email pgaestel@thebettertogethergroup.org.
